£1.7m investment creates larger and more modern dental practice

The UK’s largest dentistry provider, {my}dentist, has moved its practices in Bramley into one purpose-built new dental practice in Bramley Shopping Centre.

{my}dentist has invested £1.7m into the new practice. It was officially launched by practice manager, Ben Lawton.

The move to the premises means 20,000 patients can benefit from a larger, more modern facility with additional surgeries and dental equipment, and better accessibility with surgeries accessible from ground floor level.

There is also a greater range of appointments as the new practice is open evenings and weekends.

All clinicians and staff from the previous Broad Lane and Stanningley Road practices have moved to the premises and a further three jobs have been created for receptionists and a treatment co-ordinator.

A full range of dental treatments are on offer, including teeth whitening, teeth straightening, hygiene appointments and smile makeovers.

Nicola Wood, area development manager, said: “We wanted to bring our patients in Bramley a modern new dental practice that meets their needs now and in the future.

“Our team has worked hard on the new practice and it has been great to hear the positive reaction from patients.

“With more surgeries we have an increased number of appointments for our existing patients and beyond this, we know accessing dental care in this region is difficult which is why we have introduced {my}options, an affordable way to access a dentist when you need one.”
