Business secures a place on £45m recruitment framework

Leeds-based recruitment firm, 300 North, has won a place on a framework which will support the hiring needs of Government departments and all other public sector bodies across the UK.

It has been awarded a slot on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6229 Permanent Recruitment 2 Framework – Lot 2: Non Clinical General Recruitment.

The framework gives employers within the public sector the ability to secure permanent, fixed term or internal secondment talent.

Facilities management & property recruitment provider, 300 North, specialises in recruiting senior and executive appointments, operational management, engineering and technical roles.

The company’s CEO, Paul Connolly, said: “Securing a place on the CCS framework is a huge win for us. We are excited to work with CCS and Public Sector Employers to increase provision of our expert services in FM, Property and Estates.

“As a supplier to the FM industry we have substantial experience fulfilling roles in Healthcare, Education, Emergency Services, Central & Local Government and Defence and we look forward to being able to further support public sector customers with their recruitment needs.”

Michelle Connolly, strategic development director at 300 North added: “This opportunity represents the Government’s commitment to level the playing field for SMEs and shows their belief in smaller companies being able to deliver real value as suppliers.

“The rigour of the framework application and tender process ensures exclusivity to those who can provide a truly quality recruitment service to the public sector.

“We’re thrilled to have CCS Supplier status as a part of our offering to clients and excited to work with them on new contracts.

“This is a fantastic part of our journey as a growing SME and I am incredibly proud and grateful to our wonderful team at 300 North for helping to make this possible.”
