National accountancy practice merges with Yorkshire financial services provider
TC Group, a top 40 UK accountancy practice, has merged with Leeds-based firm Murray Harcourt.
TC Group has seen considerable growth over the last few years with offices across the South East, South West, Midlands, East Yorkshire, and now West Yorkshire.
Murray Harcourt provides accountancy, audit, tax and corporate finance services. It specialises in owner-managed and family businesses, as well as corporate and public sector organisations.
In a joint statement on the merger, the partners at Murray Harcourt said: “Having just celebrated our 10th anniversary we see the merger with TC Group as the next step in our evolution.

“TC Group will give us access to a considerable amount of resource with an international reach with local management being able to retain control. We see this as the best of both worlds.”
