Investment firm to make Leeds city centre move

Investment firm Foresight is set to move to Northspring on Wellington Street in Leeds.

The company has chosen a suite on the third floor.

“We are delighted to see that Foresight has chosen Northspring as the home for their new Leeds office. The building amenity includes shared meeting rooms, a business lounge and on-site gym set.

“Northspring are above the competition for occupiers wanting to encourage staff back to the office as well as providing an excellent venue to host clients,” said Patrick Carter of Savills.

Now the latest deal with Foresight has completed, there are 10 office suites ranging from 533 sq ft – 3,800 sq ft left.

Savills, Knight Frank and Carter Towler are joint agents for the building.
