Advisory firm hires partner to lead new restructuring and insolvency services team

Azets has appointed Jonathan Amor as a partner to lead the firm’s new restructuring and insolvency team for its Yorkshire offices.

The appointment will boost Azets’ restructuring and insolvency capabilities in Yorkshire covering the firm’s offices in Leeds and York.

Amor specialises in helping companies experiencing financial distress or facing closure with restructuring and rescue options. He offers specialist advisory services to assist organisations in making better long term and effective, strategic business decisions.

He joined Azets in the North West in 2021 and will now lead the team’s expansion into Yorkshire.

Amor brings experience in business restructuring, turnaround and rescue, operating at board level with directors, funders and other stakeholders, with a track-record of success in numerous high profile contentious insolvency cases.
