PRide Awards set to make a return to Leeds

An awards ceremony which celebrates the achievements of PR professionals and firms across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire is set to return in two weeks.
The PRide Awards Party, supported by We Are Resource and TheBusinessDesk.com, will be at Banyan in Leeds on Tuesday 11 October from 7pm-midnight.
There are 17 award categories in the PRide Awards 2022 which recognise the region’s best campaigns, teams, initiatives, events, consultancies and much more.
The annual awards, held online for the last couple of years, will this year be hybrid to give people the chance to get together and raise a glass to mark their achievements. The awards ceremony will be screened as part of the evening and there will be a DJ set afterwards to continue the celebrations.
Sara Thornhurst, chair of CIPR Yorkshire & Lincolnshire, said: “The CIPR PRide Awards entries this year really raised the bar and showcased the wealth of creative, innovative and impactful work happening across this region.
“It’s been an intense couple of years for PR practitioners and so it’s fantastic to be able to get together to recognise their incredible work. We’re really excited to be hosting our first large scale in-person event in nearly three years and look forward to seeing everyone on the night.”
Tickets, priced at £25+VAT, include a drink on arrival and buffet. They can be purchased on the CIPR website here before Tuesday 4 October.
