“It’s in an ideal location and sits between existing homes and the picturesque Hillies Golf Course and has great access to local amenities and major arterial roads.”

As part of a Section 106 planning agreement, the housebuilder will also invest over £1m in the community.

This will include creation of dedicated areas of onsite public open space, 12 affordable homes, contributions of £176,250 to sustainable travel, £800,000 to education and an off-site contribution for a further public ppen space of £239,270.

Miller Homes has brought the site forward in partnership with Premier Construction Northern Ltd.

“By providing a variety of homes, many of which have a designated work from home space, additional bathrooms and open plan living options, our homeowners can find a home that really does suit their needs.”
