Work starts on speculative distribution warehouse

Work is underway at Focus 72, a speculative distribution warehouse at Hellaby Industrial Estate in Rotherham.

Constructed by Hobson & Porter, the facility will comprise 72,685 sq ft of warehousing space with integral ancillary office facilities.

Work is expected to complete by June 2023.

Savills and Heaney Micklethwaite have been instructed jointly to market the unit on behalf of Vinter Estates.
