Law firm keeps top rating in best employer awards

Leeds law firm Clarion is celebrating after maintaining the highest level of accreditation of three stars in the UK’s 100 Best Companies to Work For throughout 2022.
Clarion, with a turnover of almost £28m and 30 partners, was once again ranked as the best law firm to work for in the UK – an accolade it has achieved in every quarter of this year. Clarion has also maintained the position of number 2 large corporate to work for in the UK, and is one of the top three companies of any size to work for in Yorkshire.
The awards are assessed through quarterly employee engagement surveys measured against the Best Companies Index score, which covers factors such as leadership, wellbeing and personal growth, in order to celebrate and showcase outstanding employers.
