Holiday home operator acquires York period property

A period property in York has been bought by holiday home operator Chateau Anna in a deal worth around £1.4m.

International real estate advisor Savills acted on behalf of TMS Development International on the sale of 128 Holgate Road.

Set in 0.5 acres of land, the property spans approximately 6,000 sq ft of space and formerly comprised office accommodation across three floors. The property will now undergo a refurbishment to provide residential/holiday apartments.
