Tech recruiters team up to pool expertise

Ronin Search, a specialist recruitment business dedicated to sourcing software developers across the North, has joined iSource Group, an IT, digital and change management recruitment firm based in Leeds.

The start-up business, which was established by Jerry Shepherd-Moore, 24, and Dean Williams, 29, will operate alongside iSource Group as an independent division, bringing with it complementary skills and a wider network of contacts and clients.

Having previously worked within the recruitment sector, Shepherd-Moore and Williams have ambitions to become a competitive force within the market, providing clients of all sizes with a trusted partner that they can rely on to find the tech and IT talent that they are looking for.

Shepherd-Moore said: “With experience of working in the recruitment sector, we saw an opportunity to specialise in sourcing software developers.

“The demand for these positions is not slowing and we know how important it is to identify those that have the skills but also the personality to fit with each client too.
