PLANNING consultants DPP has strengthened its Leeds team with the appointment of Nathan Franklin, a town planner from Adelaide, South Australia.

He joins from Masterplan, a town planning consultancy in South Australia, where he gained a wide range of experience in residential, industrial, retail/commercial and environmental projects for both public sector and private clients.

He said: “Leeds is not too dissimilar to Adelaide – it is broadly the same size, has the same issues and its people are both friendly and welcoming. The weather however is a bit of a shocker – Adelaide is currently in the high 20s and here it is just above 6°C.”
