Developer takes office suite at city centre premises

Family-owned property developer, Potter Space, has taken on a 2,181 sq ft suite on the third floor of Northspring’s offices at Wellington Street in central Leeds.

The company’s arrival follows Foresight’s and Lorien’s move into the same building earlier in the year.

Potter Space has grown from its origins as a logistic and transport company to owning 1.6 million sq ft of warehousing space spread across five sites in Yorkshire, Merseyside, Worcestershire and Cambridgeshire.

Northspring Wellington Street covers seven floors, with amenities including a business lounge, a bar, a fitness studio and a roof terrace.

Clem McDowell, director at Carter & Towler, said: “We’re pleased Potterspace have chosen Northspring Wellington Street for their workplace.

“We’re not surprised to see such quality companies making the move to Northspring, with it’s incredible luxury office space and amenities the building has to offer.”
