City centre office space is logical option for recruiter

Leeds’ Capitol Building, in the the city’s commercial quarter, has a new tenant after JLL acted as leasing agent for recruitment specialist Logical Personnel Solutions.

The recruiter, which has offices across the country, has taken out 4,857 sq ft of mezzanine floor space on a 10-year term of the building in Bond Court.

Capitol has been extensively refurbished in recent years and now features cycle storage and shower facilities. It is within walking distance of the city’s railway station, Trinity Leeds and Victoria Gate.

Evans Cycles has also recently relocated to the building from its previous location near Leeds Railway Station following a surge in demand from within the business district.

Founded in 2006, Logical Personnel Solutions provides recruitment services to businesses within the Construction, Facilities Management, Logistics, Engineering, Training, and Energy and Process markets.

Capitol is owned by Evans Property Group, a Leeds-based property investor and developer.

One floor of Capitol is still available to let, offering 7,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on the fifth floor.

Richard Thornton, office agency director for Leeds at JLL, said: “Leeds remains an attractive proposition for those looking to grow, recruit and improve their business offering in the North.

“We’re proud of the role we’ve played helping to facilitate Logical Personnel Solutions’ ambitions within the city and this space will bolster its recruitment offering to the sectors it caters for.”
