Building works complete on new warehouses at business park

Construction of a new business units scheme, called Innovation 25, at Bradley Business Park in Huddersfield, has now been finished and the properties are already 80% occupied.

It comprises five new warehouse/light industrial units ranging from 2,100 sq ft to 10,170 sq ft.

A number of the new occupiers are national firms, including BPX Electro-Mechanical and XYZ Machine Tools.

Robert Austin & Co project managed the development on behalf of developers South Parade Properties and Oakwell Securities.

Speaking on behalf of the developers, Matthew Austin, said: “This has been a real success story and the fact that the majority of the scheme was pre-let is testament to the excellent high-quality specification and finish, together with the fantastic location minutes from the M62.”

Joint agent, Hazel Cooper of Carter Towler, added: “This is a brilliant development offering a range of unit sizes of outstanding quality.

“The last remaining unit of 10,170 sq ft is currently available to let. We are fielding a number of positive enquires and
anticipate the unit will be under offer very soon.”
