Strata’s Gemma Smith to speak at Women in Business lunch

Gemma Smith, managing director of Yorkshire homebuilder Strata, will be the speaker at TheBusinessDesk.com’s Women in Business lunch later this month.

Gemma, the winner of the Company Leader (100+ employees) award at TheBusinessDesk’s 2022 Northern Leadership Awards, leads strategy, processes and communications across Strata’s growing business.

She seeks to make a difference to people’s lives and forge emotional connections between the brand and its customers.

She joined Strata in 2003. She also serves as a non-executive director for Sheffield’s Local Economic Partnership, where she helps shape the region’s strategic economic plan.
