Facilities services business scoops shopping centre contract
Independent facilities services provider, Aston Services Group, has won a new contract for the supply of cleaning, security services and maintenance at Lakeside Village shopping centre.
Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping Centre, in Doncaster, comprises 45 units covering 147,000 sq ft of retail space.
It attracts a footfall of around two million visitors per annum and hosts tenants such as M&S Outlet, Next Outlet and Clarks.
The centre is managed by Realm, which awarded the contract to Aston Services Group for the provision of cleaning, maintenance and security which will be handled by a team of 18. The contract begins this month.

ASG will also invest significantly in new capital equipment at the centre.
