£30m luxury residential scheme launches

Beal Homes has announced the launch of its hotly-anticipated £30m King’s Fold development, with hundreds of prospective buyers having already registered their interest.

The development, on a 10-acre site in Kingwood Parks in Hull, will offer a collection of more than 150 luxury two- and three-bedroom mews style homes arranged around courtyards.

Beal is staging the sales launch of King’s Fold on Sunday, May 21, with a special event at its new Beal Showroom in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

Customers will be able to view a 3D digital visualisation of the development allowing them to explore King’s Fold by a virtual stroll through the streets of the development, and view the house types and plots available.

They will also have the opportunity to customise their new home and make it a perfect fit for their lifestyle and tastesin a new Design Lounge.

Beal Sales and Marketing Director Sue Waudby said: “Kingswood Parks continues to be a highly sought after area of the city, as it’s such a vibrant community with a great variety of shopping, dining and leisure options on the doorstep.

“In the 18 months since our last house completion at Kingswood Parks, we’ve seen very strong pent-up demand for high quality new homes in the area.

“Prospective buyers have repeatedly asked us when King’s Fold is launching and almost 300 people have registered their interest in the development. We’re excited that the wait is now over and people will have the opportunity to secure their new home at King’s Fold at the launch event.”

Construction at King’s Fold is due to start this summer, with the first buyers likely to move into their new homes in mid-2024.

The King’s Fold sales launch will run from 10am to 5pm on Sunday, May 21, at the Beal Showroom at Bridgehead business park, Hessle.
