Crypt Factor is in tune for June with every table sold

The singers have been unveiled for this year’s Crypt Factor, which will take place on Thursday 8 June.

It will see almost 1,000 members of the North of England’s property community descend on Elland Road for the fully sold-out event.

The show’s organising committee and main sponsors, comprising of GV&Co, Pinsent Masons and Town Centre Securities PLC, are now busy mentoring the nine acts, consisting of solo singers and groups, who all work for well-known companies in the region’s property and construction industries.

These include Westcourt Group, TP Bennett, Robertson Group, Business Moves, Sypro, OCee Design, BSurv, RPP, NatWest, Wates Group, Dragonfly Consulting and Lonie Lozano.

This year’s event is on track to take the total amount of money raised for local charities past the £900,000 mark, since the first ever Crypt Factor was held in 2006. This follows last year’s event raising nearly £85,000, which followed a two-year hiatus due to Covid.

In addition to the main sponsors, is the event’s official media partner, and further support is provided by Candid PR, Anderson Advertising & Property Marketing and NorthCap. The event’s hugely impressive stage set-up, lighting and sound is provided by AYRE Event Solutions.

Crypt Factor committee member, Dawn Allen, from Pinsent Masons, said: “The level of support that Crypt Factor enjoys from so many leading businesses in the property industry never ceases to amaze us, and this year is no exception.

“We’d sold every table within a matter of weeks, which shows just how popular the Crypt Factor is.

“As always, it will be a fantastic show with lots of exciting surprises on the night. We’ve also got a terrific line-up of acts this year and we can’t wait to see everyone on 8 June for a night to remember.”

Last year’s Crypt Factor was won by Matt Hutton, CEO at Bond Bryan Architects, who performed a superb rendition of I Believe In A Thing Called Love by The Darkness.
