Plans lodged for hundreds of homes as part of major urban regeneration
Developer Citu has submitted plans for the first phase of the landmark Attercliffe Waterside scheme in Sheffield.
The 23-acre urban regeneration scheme, which will transform brownfield land either side of the Sheffield and Tinsley Canal, will be one of the largest zero carbon communities in the UK.
It will feature more than 1,000 homes alongside creative workspaces, an arts venue and retail opportunities.
