Compliance specialist moves to larger premises to allow growth

Leeds property compliance specialist Inspectas has appointed new senior specialists and doubled its office space with a move to new premises in Drighlington.

The firm specialises in asbestos surveys and removal, fire safety, health and safety compliance and land remediation.

It has appointed Neil Triggs as major projects, fire and compliance chief operating officer; Michael Shone as fire compliance services divisional lead; Naveed Mohammed as health & safety divisional lead; and Andrew Ford as senior director land remediation.

It has also promoted Fiona Lindsay to operations director.

Director Craig Candlish, who co-founded the firm with Matthew Fahy in 2013, said, “After a decade specialising in raising asbestos compliance and management standards across the UK, our move into our Drighlington premises and the appointment of Neil, Michael, Naveed and Andrew, alongside Fiona’s promotion, reflects our commitment to developing our services even further with an additional focus on fire safety, health and safety and land remediation across multiple sectors.
