Revised proposals submitted for city centre offices

Developer BAM Properties has lodged plans for a new office development in Leeds – Latitude Yellow.

The proposals, located on the last remaining plot of the former Doncaster Monk Bridge Works off Whitehall Road, are designed to bring a modern, low-carbon office development to the city centre.

Latitude Yellow will feature bike storage and changing facilities, a gym, event space, a communal garden and a public ground floor café.

Managing director of BAM Properties, Euan Miller, said: “We’re excited to have submitted our revised proposals for Latitude Yellow, which we hope will become one of the most prestigious office developments in the city.

“We have been committed to developing a highly sustainable and innovative scheme, that is Net Zero from day one. The plans we have submitted to the City Plans Panel will deliver just that.

“Our public and stakeholder consultation has been positive with strong support, particularly amongst local stakeholders who welcome the investment and ambition our application represents.

“We hope for the application to be determined in early 2024, with construction beginning later that year. We expect to be ready for occupation by 2026.”
