Construction underway on 150 new houses

Housebuilder Beal Homes has revealed more details of its latest development in Hull’s Kingswood Parks neighbourhood.

King’s Fold will feature more than 150 two and three-bedroom homes built in a mews style and arranged around courtyards.

Construction is currently underway on the 10-acre site, off Barnes Way.

The first residents are expected to move in next summer. Nearly 20 homes at the scheme have been sold since the sales launch in the summer.

Beal sales and marketing director, Sue Waudby, said: “We’ve been building new homes at Kingswood for more than a quarter of a century and our developments in the area have always been very popular.

“The new visuals show some of the street scenes and illustrate the quality of this new development.

“King’s Fold offers a very rare combination of a village-style development, but within a vibrant suburban area.

“As we come towards the end of the year, we’re seeing lots of customers looking to make the move to a brand new home in 2024.

“We’re also seeing many lenders now cutting their mortgage rates and they are now, on average, 1.5% lower than six months ago.”
