Investor swoops for roofing and sheet metal fabrication company

An established Hull-based industrial roofing and sheet metal fabrication enterprise has been acquired.

Dave Jessop Ltd was acquired by private investor David Pierce (Welton Holdings Ltd) in a deal advised on by Castle Square Corporate Finance.

Dave Jessop Ltd has been trading for more than 30 years and specialises in industrial, domestic, and agricultural markets.

It is known for manufacturing and delivering roofing solutions to both the local and wider UK market. The company’s products include tailor-made sheeting, guttering, and flashings.

Led by Brad Green and Patrick Lynch, Castle Square Corporate Finance led on deal negotiations on behalf of the investors. It ran a competitive debt fundraising process, which culminated in acquisition finance provided by specialist debt provider SME Capital.
