Chartered surveyors snap up office suite to accommodate growth
Chartered surveyors firm, Ardent Management, has taken on new office space in the centre of Leeds, six years after opening its first office in the city.
The business has shifted its Yorkshire-based team into an office at Northspring Park Row. It has taken a lease on the fifth floor of the property.
Ardent Management is currently advising on a number of significant infrastructure and regeneration projects within the UK and Ireland.
Its Leeds team has been expanding, off the back of recent appointments in support of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and National Grid.
Tom Hacker, head of planning & engagement at the company, said: “Our in-house operations team undertook a review of available space within a short walking distance of Leeds Railway Station. We visited two or three offices and quickly focused our efforts on securing a suite at Northspring.”
Carl Weaver, chief operating officer, added: “We’ve been established in Leeds since 2017, when we first began work on HS2 Phase 2B.
“And, while that was the project that gave us a foothold in the city, we have grown significantly since then and people from all service areas and directorates within the business are now based here.
“We are showing to Leeds and to Yorkshire that we are committed to investing and growing here.”
Elizabeth Ridler, partner at Knight Frank, said: “This latest deal has meant we have seen a high level of interest in the final suite at Northspring Park Row.
“We expect it to be taken in the very near future, which is a testament to the luxury amenities on offer to occupiers.”
