Printing machinery supplier snaps up premises at distribution site

Roberts Graphics, a used printing machinery supplier, has taken on space at a distribution site in West Yorkshire.
It has leased Unit 3 Normandy Landings, a 14,061 sq ft industrial unit with office accommodation, in Wakefield Europort, near Castleford.
The deal was arranged by commercial real estate firm, Ryden, which acted on behalf of landlord, The Oddfellows, to re-lease the unit within two days of the previous tenant’s departure.
Ryden says the speed of the transaction highlights the strength of the industrial property market in the area.
Ryden agency partner in Leeds, Jonathan O’Connor, said: “We are thrilled to have successfully facilitated this rapid transition for Unit 3 Normandy Landings.
“Once again this transaction showcases our deep understanding of the market dynamics and our commitment to delivering the best results for our clients.”
The Oddfellows CEO, Jane Nelson, added: “I’m pleased at how swiftly Ryden were able to re-lease the property because, as a non-profit mutual society, it means the income can be reinvested into providing support to our members sooner.
“We have a long and proud history of investing in property across the country and will continue to make sure those who need us are supported by our investments.”
