Franchise expands into city letting market
Property investment and management company Sourced has entered the Hull lettings market with the addition of Jason Kay as the newest Sourced Living franchisee.
Jason Kay, a seasoned professional who as has three years;’ experience as a Sourced property franchisee, is joined in the new venture by his daughter and lettings manager, Melissa Kay.
Kay has acquired a HMO property management portfolio of over 250 units from local agent Higson Homes, who decided to focus more on traditional residential lets and their property sales business. The team has nurtured a close professional relationship with Higson Homes and has recently relocated to a neighbouring office on Chanterlands Avenue.
