Rural site to accommodate 50 new homes

North Yorkshire-based housebuilder, Thomas Alexander Homes, has revealed its next development in the region, which will include 50 properties.
Its new Swann Gate development, in Church Fenton, will offer a total of 45 private and five affordable homes.
The scheme will comprise a mix of two, three, four or five bedroom properties, with about 65% of the development allocated for public open space.
As part of the deal to secure planning permission, the developer will make a £169,950 contribution to education and contribute £420,000 to a community infrastructure levy.
Alex Blease, managing director at Thomas Alexander Homes, said: “We are happy to introduce Swann Gate, a project that will deliver much needed new homes to a truly beautiful part of the UK without compromising on quality or comfort.
“Underscoring our commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, Swann Gate’s allocation for extensive open space reinforces our commitment to sustainability and enhancing the surroundings of all our developments.”
The first of the new homes are expected to be delivered in 2025.
