Extensive revamp completed at 21-storey residential tower

Luxury property developer, Select Group, has launched Velocity Tower, a newly refurbished 21-storey development in Sheffield.

The tower is to the south of the city centre and features 169 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

Select Group says it has transformed these homes to create spacious and modern living environments with elements of industrial styling in a nod to Sheffield’s historic roots as the Steel City.

Its refurbishment also includes a reimagining of the building’s shared amenities, including both co-working spaces and a private meeting room, which will increase collaboration between residents and create a central hub for residents.

In addition to the building’s upgrade, Select Group has also revised its property management process for Velocity Tower.
