Glazing and façade firm signs long-term lease for space at industrial estate
Yorkshire property company, Glentrool Estates Group, has let a 25,490 sq ft unit at Euroway Industrial Estate Bradford, to Quest Solutions on a 15-year lease agreement.
Five months after being acquired by the group, the industrial estate has undergone an extensive refurbishment to provide high-quality space for its newest tenant.
Lauren O’Toole, director at Glentrool Estate Group, said: “We are pleased to have acquired this building earlier this year and invested in a comprehensive refurbishment to provide a high-quality space for our new tenant, Quest Solutions, in such a short time frame.
“Bradford’s strategic location within West Yorkshire, along with excellent transport links via the M62 motorway, makes it an attractive hub for industrial and distribution businesses.
“Despite strong demand, the supply of available industrial units has been relatively limited.
“This scarcity of high-quality space emphasises the importance of strategic investments in new developments and refurbishing standing stock.”
Glazing and façade specialist, Quest Solutions, says it is confident the move to this location will enable it to further enhance operations and better serve clients.

Glentrool Estates Group building surveyor, Chris Skipp, spearheaded the refurbishment project and enlisted the expertise of Dimestage Construction to complete the works.
