Global logistics business signs up for out-of-town office space
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed the letting of Unit 7 at Turnberry Park, a development five miles southwest of Leeds City Centre.
Unit 7 has undergone extensive refurbishment to provide Grade A specification, totalling 6,105 sq ft across its two floors.
The site was acquired on a new lease by Future Forwarding, a global logistics company which covers all modes of transportation, aiming to make the site its Leeds central hub for operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Matt Procter, senior surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “We are pleased to have secured this strong letting at Turnberry Park.
“The refurbished offices to Grade A specification highlights the flight-to-quality in demand for offices, with premium office space paving the way in what is currently a difficult out of town market.”
Lee Randle, director at Business Homes Turnberry, added: “We are excited to welcome Future Forwarding to their new home in Leeds, their decision to choose Turnberry Park is testament to the quality of our offices and facilities.
“Having originally developed the scheme we have remained committed to providing Grade A office environments that cater for the needs of our occupiers.”
Lambert Smith Hampton acted alongside joint agents at WSB in securing this letting, which marks the largest out-of-town office deal in Leeds for quarter two 2024.
