Leeds Trinity University Business School is a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools and Small Business Chartered Award. The Business School is about to enter a new, exciting era by moving to our new Leeds City Campus in the 2024/25 academic year, and offers this national flagship programme – Help to Grow: Management programme (Leeds Trinity University | Small Business Charter) to the SME community.  

The 12-week long Help to Grow: Management programme   (Help to Grow Management – Courses – Leeds Trinity University) covers topics to help business to grow, including but not limited to business strategy and innovation, digital transformation, winning New Markets, vision, mission and values, marketing strategy, building a brand, organisational design, employee engagement and leading change, high performance workplace, effective operations, finance and financial management, and implementing Growth Plans. All learners will be matched with an experienced industry mentor throughout the programme.

Expertise: Leeds Trinity University Business School has carefully selected our most experienced business experts to facilitate the learning in this programme. It has a very inclusive team with over 60% of our staff from diverse ethnic backgrounds. 

Cost: The programme cost is 90% funded by the government. Leeds Trinity University Business School provides bursary to our learners to reduce payable fees for learners further from £750 to £100.

Tailored delivery approach: The way we deliver this programme is with a focus on discussion, hands-on exercises, tailored for your individual needs where possible. We heavily use case studies and examples to make the programme alive and relevant to our learners and their learning needs.
