Tempting treats promised at new Hotel Chocolat café
Cacao grower and luxury chocolatier, Hotel Chocolat, is opening a new café in Ilkley at the end of this month.
Opening on Monday 30 September in Brook Street, the cacao-inspired café will have space for 20 guests. It will feature an array of new bakes and savoury recipes created in-house by development chef David Demaison.
These are based on dishes from the restaurant at Hotel Chocolat’s cacao farm in Saint Lucia and are inspired by the brand’s chocolate range.
Hotel Chocolat was founded in 2004. Its Rabot Estate cacao farm, hotel restaurant and bar are on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia.
The business also has a chocolate manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire, along with locations across the UK and internationally.
