Property sector to show it has the Crypt Factor

YORKSHIRE’S property industry is warming up its vocal chords for this year’s Crypt Factor, the property version of the ITV show X Factor.

The event, which will be held on February 25, will see LionHeart Trustee Richard Lewis of Town Centre Securities, Paula Dillon of solicitors Addleshaw Goddard and Jonathan Morgan of Morgans City Living, returning to the judging panel in their respective roles as Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogie and Simon Cowell.

The trio will be joined for the first time by Claire Wilkinson of Addleshaw Goddard who will be taking the role of Cheryl Cole.

Compere Lee Hayes will once again take the microphone amid speculation he may sing on the evening.

The event raised more than £50,000 for St George’s Crypt, the Leeds charity which has worked with homeless and disadvantaged people for 80 years, and LionHeart, the charity for RICS members and their families in need, last year.

The Crypt Factor will be held at Leeds United’s Elland Road with a ‘Big Band’ theme, and is expected to attract hundreds of property professionals to watch performances from the partners and directors of some of the region’s leading property companies.

Mr Morgan said: “I’m delighted to be on the panel again this year and won’t be holding back with my judging comments!”

Morgans’ sales director Nigel Lenton and rentals manager Emma Eastwood will be performing as a duo on the night.

Mr Morgan added: “I will be showing no favouritism but in my opinion Nigel and Emma thoroughly deserve a record contract after last year’s performance so they will defiantly be the ones to watch!”
