Long-established medical equipment manufacturer acquired by European group
Reinsberg Group, the MedTech holding of BHM Group, a Prague-based private equity family office, has acquired the majority stake in West Yorkshire-based medical equipment maker Brandon Medical.
This is part of Reinsberg Group’s strategy to build a strong group of independent European medical manufacturers, using their capabilities to achieve economies of scale in the global consolidation of the medical industry.
