Listed US group swoops for established veterinary supplier

Yorkshire-based veterinary supplier, Infusion Concepts, has been acquired by US group, Patterson Companies Inc.

Sowerby Bridge and York-based Infusion Concepts, is a veterinary sector supplier specialising in infusion pumps, infusion lines and custom labels.

It has been bought by Patterson’s UK animal health business, National Veterinary Services Limited (NVS). Law firm Mills & Reeve advised Infusion Concepts on the deal.

Nasdaq listed Patterson Companies Inc explained that its strategic purchase of Infusion Concepts underscores its commitment to expanding its portfolio with high-quality products for its veterinary partners.

“The acquisition is of strategic importance to NVS and will ensure continued international growth for the Infusion Concepts portfolio.
