Yorkshire law firm Chadwick Lawrence has made three promotions to its “tailored equity scheme”.
Amanda Ambler, Michelle Myers, and Natalie Glover, all from the firm’s home and property division, have been promoted to equity partners, on the one-year anniversary of the scheme.
Together with the existing members, they will help lead the 220-strong firm into its next growth phase, with a focus on staff development and professional advancement.
The firm, which is on track to achieve a turnover in excess of £16m this year, launched the initiative for senior team members who seek equity participation.
The programme allows partners to access equity on non-conventional terms and tailored to each participant.

Leeds and Newcastle-based Parklane Plowden Chambers has appointed Paul Clarke as senior practice director for civil and employment.
He joins from Kings Chambers, where he clerked for almost 30 years and was most recently responsible for the employment, personal injury, clinical negligence, sports law and court of protection practices.
As senior practice director, he is working with the individual members of the 62-strong civil and employment teams to identify and implement business growth strategies.
This includes liaising with barristers Stuart Jamieson, who is head of the civil team, and Dominic Bayne and Andrew Sugarman, who are joint-heads of the employment team.
Clarke said: “We have an exceptional and well recognised team of barristers working closely with highly regarded and experienced support staff.
“This is a potent combination as we look to continue providing high level advice, advocacy and client care.
“The North Eastern circuit has a thriving legal market, and I am excited to play my part in PLP’s ongoing vision for growth.”
Formed in 2007 following the merger of Parklane Chambers in Leeds and Plowden Chambers in Newcastle, Parklane Plowden is home to 118 members.

Robert Ellams has joined Northern as the train operator’s new head of property on a secondment from Network Rail.
He brings with him a wealth of experience in buildings asset management, having spent 10 years managing the Network Rail building infrastructure portfolio along the North and East Coast routes.
Ellams said: “In my previous role at Network Rail I’ve had the opportunity to work with Northern on their property portfolio in the North West and the North East, so I’ve already got an understanding and appreciation of the challenges we face as a business.
“There are 2,570 stations on the UK mainline and Northern is responsible for the management of 467 of those – more than any other train operator in the UK. That’s no mean feat.”
Lisa Leighton, people director, added: “We’re working hard to make our stations the heart of their community, not only providing a safe and comfortable environment to catch the train – but also to offer additional services that make our customers’ lives easier.
“Robert’s experience in this area is exceptional and his move from Network Rail to Northern is a great example of how the rail industry can benefit from career development opportunities across track and train and we’re happy he’s joining the team.”

The Run With It educational charity, which helps to raise the levels of literacy and numeracy across Hull and East Yorkshire, has appointed two well-known Yorkshire figures to its Board of Trustees.
Former Yorkshire Post business editor and founder of TheBusinessDesk.com David Parkin joins Stephen Parnaby, former leader of East Riding of Yorkshire Council and now director of business development at Wren Kitchens.
The charity has seen sustained growth over the last few years with demand for its support seeing an all-time high.
With four sites across the region, at Hull’s MKM stadium, Flemingate shopping centre in Beverley, Bridlington Town Football Club and Sewell Group Craven Park in East Hull, it is now in the process of expanding its operations into neighbouring regions.
