Entry deadline extended for Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards

2024 Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards winners

Today is the final deadline to enter the Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards.

A flurry of requests for deadline extensions saw the deadline get extended for everyone to this Friday, January 31.

Visit the Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards website to find out more and to download an entry form.

The Awards were created to recognise businesses and organisations in the region making permanent and positive changes to their environmental impact.

That can range from cutting energy use or moving to renewable sources, significantly reducing emissions or waste, or leading a broader group – which could be the supply chain, employees, occupiers, or industry peers – to use environmental goals as the main driver for change.

However businesses have addressed the challenge, the judges looked for impact and outcomes, and evidence of a genuine commitment and culture to making a difference.

The awards have been created by TheBusinessDesk.com, in partnership with Clarion, Deloitte and the Swinton Estate. Shortlisted companies will be invited to an exclusive lunch at Swinton Park, in North Yorkshire, on April 24 when the winners will be revealed.

The awards are free to enter, Please send your completed entry form to events@thebusinessdesk.com Click here for the link to download an entry form.
