Dual-branded hotel development launches in city centre

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has confirmed the opening of Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds, marking the Hyatt brands’ debut into this city.

Both brands are under one roof in Sovereign Square and together offer 305 guest rooms.

Catering to transient travellers, Hyatt Place Leeds features 217 rooms, while Hyatt House Leeds has 88 apartment-style guestrooms ideal for those seeking an extended, residential experience.

The hotels and restaurant are managed by third-party management company Aimbridge Hospitality.

As well as Azotea rooftop bar, there is also Zoom Restaurant & Bar on the ground floor, a fitness centre and four meeting rooms.
