Bradford sandwich firm snaps up Scottish rival

Bradford-based Tiffin Sandwiches has announced its acquisition of PJ's Foods in a move to boost its footprint in Scotland.

Tiffin is one of the UK’s largest food-to-go manufacturers. The addition of Glasgow PJ's Foods, a leading supplier of sandwiches to the NHS, educational establishments and sporting events in Scotland and the North of England, complements Tiffin’s existing food-to-go product range.
