Architecture practice relocates to newly refurbished city offices

Property investment and development company Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS), has secured architecture and master-planning practice DLG Architects as its latest tenant at Town Centre House in Leeds city centre.

It follows completion of a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.

DLG Architects has taken 1,910 sq ft of workspace at Town Centre House, which is in the city’s newly defined Innovation District.

The letting follows another recent agreement with strategic marketing agency Datum Group, which has taken 2,300 sq ft on the building’s fourth floor.

Andrew Gardner, partner at DLG Architects, said: “Thanks to the continued support of our wonderful clients and some amazing continuing and new projects, we are excited to embark on this next chapter at our new city centre location.

“The new office offers an outstanding, low-energy and sustainability-focussed working environment with improved amenity and collaboration areas.

“We feel this move will allow us to continue to expand our services, enhance client relationships, foster a stronger team and is a great fit for our future ambitions.”

Matthew Wright, associate director at Town Centre Securities PLC, added: “We’re pleased to welcome DLG Architects to Town Centre House.

“Their sustainability-led vision and track record in transformational development make them a perfect fit for our repositioned building.

“This letting, alongside our recent deal with Datum Group, is further proof that businesses value high-quality, energy-efficient spaces that support collaboration, wellbeing and growth.”
