Group acquires air conditioning firm as it builds network of specialist businesses
Bingley-based Europe Air Conditioning (EAC) has been acquired by the Climate Care Solutions (CCS) group.
Founded and incorporated in 2006, EAC designs, installs, repairs and maintains heating and ventilation systems.
The company operates across the UK and serves clients in sectors such as healthcare, leisure, education, construction, retail and transport.
It now joins East Anglian company Sapphire Cooling Systems under the umbrella of Suffolk-based HVAC group Climate Care Solutions.
