Audit delay forces manufacturer to suspend shares
Shares in technical plastics manufacturer, Carclo, will be suspended from next month after the group revealed a delay in its audited accounts.
The Ossett-based company said its auditor, Forvis Mazars, had informed the Audit Committee that it requires additional time to complete its audit procedures for the year ended 31 March 2025.
