Student start-up closes over £1m in funding
Kit Keeper, a student storage and shipping service, has closed a crowdfunding round, taking total investment to over £1m and paving the way for further UK expansion.
Launched by its founder Michael McCreadie at the University of York to ease the stress of end-of-term moving, Kit Keeper now serves thousands of students across the UK.
The service collects belongings directly from halls, stores them securely over term breaks, and returns them when students are ready, all with the press of a button.
