Insolvency practitioner reprimanded and hit with £20,000 worth of fines
A licensed insolvency practitioner from Horsforth, near Leeds, has been fined £20,000 and issued with two severe reprimands.
It followed a complaint being made against Martin Halligan in relation to his role as Liquidator. The complaint involved four allegations involving two companies.
