Purity Global sold to Spanish homecare group
Spanish manufacturer Romar Global Care has acquired a majority stake in Yorkshire household products supplier, Purity Global.
The deal is designed to strengthen Romar Global Care’s position in the UK grocery and discount markets and create a scaled European supply platform spanning homecare and personal care categories.
