Security firm KeyPlus to unlock growth with second acquisition and eyes up more
Burnley headquartered KeyPlus Security has acquired Keighley-based Guardian Security Installations Ltd (GSI) and is on the hunt for further acquisitions.
The deal to buy Guardian adds “significant technical expertise” in Fire and Security Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Monitoring to KeyPlus's existing portfolio of Mobile Patrols, Key Holding, Manned Guarding and Alarm Response services.
