P&M Group boosts turnover to £88m with acquisition of coldstore specialist
Gloucester-based cold chain specialist P&M Group has acquired Bradford coldstore operator HBCL as part of a northern expansion strategy.
Under the deal P&M, whose major business is cold store expert ISD Solutions, will take on HBCL's 27 staff and retail sector customer base.
HBCL will retain its branding and managing director Craig Lovett will continue in his role.
P&M's turnover has grown from £58m in 2024/25 to £88m in 2025/26, with further growth expected through a mix of organic expansion and strategic acqui...
