Contractor appointed for latest phase of Sheffield’s Park Hill regeneration
GMI Construction Group has been appointed by Urban Splash and Places for People to deliver the fourth phase of the regeneration of Sheffield’s landmark Park Hill housing estate.
It follows a £6.4m deal secured with Homes England, which has unlocked the delivery of the next phase of new homes at the Grade II listed development, known for its ‘streets in the sky’ design.
