Fika Interiors completes landmark Spanish schemes as Iberian expansion gathers pace

Leeds-based Fika Interiors has delivered two major flex living developments in Spain for investor and operator Dazia Capital, as it accelerates its push into the fast-growing Iberian rental living market.

The projects, delivered under Dazia’s Calido brand, include a flagship 500-unit scheme in Valdebebas, near Madrid Barajas Airport, alongside a second development in Alcobendas.
